Core Swift Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the Tuned Run app (“Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

  1. Information We Collect

  • Sign in with Apple: We receive your name and email address from Apple. This is stored securely in our database for account management and support purposes, and may be used to send you app-related updates if you opt in.

  • Apple User Identifier: A unique, anonymized ID provided by Apple is stored on our server for account and analytics purposes.

  • Device Attestation Key: We generate and store a device-specific public key using Apple’s App Attest/Secure Enclave to verify device integrity. This key is linked to your account and used for security and authentication purposes.

  • Playlist Data: When you create playlists, we store playlist configuration inputs (distance, pace, strategy, genre), outputs (track count, duration, BPM ranges), and the Apple Music Playlist ID.

  • Session Data: We log anonymized session events (steps completed, timestamps, app version, OS version, failure codes/messages) to help improve performance and fix issues.

We do not collect IP addresses, crash logs, or use third-party analytics SDKs.


  1. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate and maintain the app.

  • Manage user accounts and provide support.

  • To create Apple Music playlists you request.

  • To analyze anonymized usage patterns and improve the Service.

  • To diagnose and fix bugs.

  • To send you important updates about the app, including changes to features or policies, if you opt in.

We do not sell your information, use it for targeted advertising, or share it with data brokers.

We use Apple’s MusicKit to create playlists in your Apple Music account. We store the Apple Music Playlist ID on our server to help reference your generated playlists later.

We do not access or store your full music library, listening history, or favorites. We never share Apple Music data with advertisers or use it for tracking.


  1. Data Storage

  • All personal and app data are stored on a secure, encrypted database hosted on a Mac mini at our headquarters in Washington State, USA.

  • No third-party hosting or processors are used.


  1. Data Retention

  • Full Name, Email, Apple User Identifier, Playlist Data: Retained until you delete your account.

  • Anonymized Usage Data: Retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.


  1. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated server-stored data directly within the Tuned Run app at any time via Settings → Delete Account.

When you confirm deletion:

  • Your full name, email, Apple User Identifier, playlists, and other stored data are permanently removed from our servers.

  • Locally stored data on your device is also deleted by the app.

  1. Children

Tuned Run is intended for general audiences in the USA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.


  1. Sharing and Ads

We do not:

  • Sell or rent your data.

  • Share your data with advertisers.

  • Engage in cross-app tracking.


  1. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes in the app or by email.


  1. Business Transfers

If Core Swift Solutions LLC, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information stored on our servers (name, email, Apple User Identifier, playlist data, anonymized usage data) would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Core Swift Solutions LLC may continue to use your information as set forth in this policy.
