Terms of Services

Welcome to Tuned Run, operated by Core Swift Solutions LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Tuned Run app (“Service”), you agree to these Terms.

  1. Description of Service

Tuned Run helps you generate music playlists for running using Apple Music. The Service requires:

  • Sign in with Apple

  • An active Apple Music subscription

  1. Accounts

Sign in with Apple is required. We receive your Apple-provided name and email, which are stored securely on our servers for account management and support, along with a unique Apple User Identifier for authentication and analytics purposes.

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app via Settings → Delete Account, or by contacting support@tunedrun.com.

  1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  1. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes.

  • Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or misuse the Service.

  • Not attempt to bypass security or device integrity checks.

  • Maintain an active Apple Music subscription to use playlist features.

  1. Apple Music & Copyright

Playlists are created using Apple Music content. All music remains the property of its respective rights holders. You must comply with Apple Music’s terms of use.

We are not responsible for changes to Apple Music or related APIs that may affect Service functionality.

  1. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of data

  • Apple Music outages or API changes

  • Incorrect or unavailable playlist content

  • Any injuries or health issues that may occur while using the Service; Tuned Run does not provide medical or fitness advice.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed $50 USD.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Seattle, WA.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Core Swift Solutions LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of the Service;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Any content you submit or transmit through the Service; or

  • Your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

  1. Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

  1. Business Transfers

If Core Swift Solutions LLC, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information stored on our servers (name, email, Apple User Identifier, playlist data, anonymized usage data) would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that any acquirer of Core Swift Solutions LLC may continue to use your information as set forth in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
